Privacy policy
A small independent website. We collect as little as we need to reply to you.
This policy describes how SpanishLinkBuilding.com (“we”) handles personal information if you contact us. The site is operated from Madrid, Spain. Correspondence should go to hello@spanishlinkbuilding.com. Postal address: Rebbekah Gonzales, Calle Serrano, 240, 1ª planta, 28016 Madrid, Spain.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. If you use the careers form, we receive the name, email, role, city, a URL to work you point us to, and the letter you write. If you send a CV to hr@spanishlinkbuilding.com, or write to us by email, we receive whatever you include in that message. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or a customer login on this website.
Why we use it
We use that information to read your message and to reply. Job applications are used only to run a hiring process. We do not sell the information, and we do not use it for advertising. If we do not take on the work, we still keep client correspondence for a short period so we can refer to it if you write again. Unsuccessful applications are kept only as long as needed to finish that process, then deleted, unless you ask us to hold them for a later opening. If you are hired, the letter becomes part of ordinary employment records.
Form processing
The contact form and the careers form are processed by Formspree. Their handling of submissions is described in Formspree’s own terms and privacy documentation. Do not send information you would not want a form processor to receive. Do not attach files to the careers form; a URL is enough.
Hosting and logs
The website is a static site. The host may keep ordinary server logs such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL, for security and operations. We do not run an analytics script on these pages.
Cookies
These pages do not set marketing cookies. The host or your browser may still store technical data needed to deliver the files.
How long we keep messages
Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any work that follows, or as long as we must keep records. You can ask us to delete a message you sent, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to how it is used. Write to hello@spanishlinkbuilding.com. If you are in the European Union, you can also contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

If this policy changes, we will update this page. The heading above is the page you should treat as current.
